About This Product:

You can wear it in the office, at home, or just on a walk to improve your posture. Wearing a shirt under your brace will help prevent skin irritation, a loose clothing over the back brace is typically more comfortable.
- Ergonomic Design: Double elastic belts design and two bracing plates provide stable support to improve your posture. Back stretcher posture corrector is easy to wear, pull out the wide elastic belts and fasten it to your waist with the velcro, then pull out the shoulder straps and fix it on the wide waist belt.
- Adjustable Back Brace: .With a durable and highly elastic fabric, posture brace fits most men and women with waist ranging from 27-47inch/70-120 cm. The upgraded back brace posture corrector added a pair of shoulder cushions which will effectively reduce the armpit pain.
- Wearing Time: Wear it for 2-3 hours per day, start with wearing the posture brace 15-30 minutes a day. If you feel pain or are tired from wearing the brace take it off and wear it again the next day or two. Gradually keep adding more time until your body gets used to the corrected posture position.
Detailed Wearing Instructions:
- (1) Before Wearing: Slightly tear out the velcro of the elastic straps which stick on the wide waistbands and let the elastic should strap keep sagging naturally.
- (2) Wearing: Hold on to two shoulder straps and then put on the back brace just like wearing a vest; Pull out the wide waistband and fasten it to your waist with velcro ( please note that do not put it too high ); Pull out the elastic shoulder straps and fix them on the wide waistband;
- (3) After Wearing: Adjust the wide waistband and the shoulder straps for a comfortable and better wearing experience.
- (4) Wearing a shirt under your back brace will help prevent skin irritation, a piece of loose clothing over the back brace is typically more comfortable.
- (5) Hand wash recommended.
Wearing Time Instructions:
- (1) Recommended to wear it for 1-2 hours a day.
- (2) Start with 15 to 30 minutes twice a day.
- (3) Gradually add 15 to 30 minutes per session until your body adjusts to the corrected posture.
- (4) If you experience pain or are tired of wearing the posture corrector, please take it off and wear it again a few hours later or the next day.
- (5) Not recommended to wear for a long time（no more than six hours a day), not recommended to use while eating or sleeping.

Refurbished Apple Gen 4 noise cancelling airpods
